Our first Winterlord was rare and exciting. We found him in Striga Isle, up in the trees:

However, it quickly became anticlimactic as people found they could get almost as much XP killing the easy ones in Atlas, as they could for the harder ones. Which led to scenes like these, where the guys were standing shoulder to shoulder in places like Crey’s folly and Brickstown.

And with the release yesterday of Issue 3, as expected half the message board posters began screaming “NERF! NERF! I’M LEAVING!” while the other half replied “SHUT UP! SHUT UP! Give the devs a BREAK!”

I for one had a blast in Striga Isle last night with my level 30 Storm/Electric Defender. I finally took Hurricane and found it to be far more useful than I originally anticipated. I’m even able to run missions and WOW is my badge for werewolves and vampyrii filling up fast!

This is the inside of a warehouse on King’s row. Apparently they have a very roomy interior.

Somehow, I felt like I was starring in “The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe”. It really freaked me out
